I am a firm believer, in the world of Training & Development; one size does not fit all.
In my previous fast paced role I worked for Kenneth Green Associates, one of the largest independent fragrance distribution companies in the UK.
As the Training Manager I was responsible for the training of fashion, premium & niché including Jimmy Choo, Narciso Rodriguez, Montblanc, Dunhill, Jean Paul Gaultier, Bvlgari, Elie Saab, & Cartier.
It was my responsibility to identify training requirements for the retail side of the business this included KGA and retailer employees. This was achieved by understanding what the brands and retailers expectations are of the product and compiling a strategy to enable this to be achieved.
I created relevant and sales-focused training fully understanding the provenance and story of the product and provided an appropriate learning experience that inspired and motivated
