Kristian worked with me as a Training Manager at Kenneth Green Associates (KGA) where I was Managing Director until Dec 2019; we worked together for 18 years.

Kristian is one of those amazingly authentic human beings who give all of himself to the training role. He is personable, funny, inspiring, charming and creative. Kristian was an employee of our company for 18 years, he left due to restructuring in our company which was required due to changes in the retail industry.

His experience was as a Counter Manager in store during his early days with our company, he was promoted to training manager.

In his role he was responsible for training beauty and perfume products on a national basis both for our own staff and large retail company staff, e.g. Boots, Debenhams etc.

He is a personable man who has an easy but focused training style and has been well trained by our company to enable him to perform professionally.
